Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
The short version. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form or send us by email. We use it to reply to you and to do the work you hire us for. We don't sell it. Ask us to delete it and we will.
1. Who we are
LogicLoop LLC is a Texas limited liability company providing business process automation services. This policy covers the website at logicloop.agency and the information you send us through it. "We," "us," and "our" mean LogicLoop LLC.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company name (optional), and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever is in that email.
Please don't send passwords, account credentials, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive during a project, we'll set up an appropriate channel — see our Security Policy.
Information collected automatically
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording on this site. There is nothing to opt out of, which is why you won't see a cookie banner. We cannot tell who has visited the site. See our Cookie Policy.
As with essentially every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — created automatically as a technical byproduct of delivering the page. We use these only to keep the site working and secure.
Information we receive during a project
If you become a client, we will necessarily see information inside the systems we're automating, which may include your business records and personal information about your employees or customers. We treat that as yours: we access only what the work requires, we don't use it for anything else, and our handling is governed by our written agreement with you and our Data Processing Agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with this policy, the agreement controls.
3. How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- Reply to your inquiry and answer your questions
- Prepare a proposal, scope, or quote you've asked for
- Perform and support the services you hire us to do
- Send invoices and handle payment
- Keep ordinary business records, including for tax and accounting purposes
- Comply with the law, and enforce our agreements or defend legal claims
We don't send newsletters or promotional mailings, and contacting us doesn't add you to a mailing list. If that ever changes, it will be something you opt into.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the business:
- Website hosting — the company that serves this site to your browser.
- Form delivery — a third-party form service that receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Email — our email provider, which stores our correspondence with you.
- Accounting and payments — for clients, the providers we use to invoice and get paid.
These providers process information on our behalf to provide their service to us. Each has its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety. If LogicLoop LLC is ever sold or merged, client and contact information may transfer as part of that transaction.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our dealings. Inquiries that don't turn into work are deleted periodically. Records tied to client engagements — contracts, invoices, project documentation — are kept longer, because tax and business-record obligations require it. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except where we're required to keep it.
6. Your choices and requests
Regardless of where you live or which privacy laws apply to us, you can email contact@logicloop.agency and ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information about you we hold
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
We'll respond within a reasonable time, and we won't charge you or treat you differently for asking. We may need to verify who you are first, particularly before deleting anything. If we can't do what you've asked — usually because we're legally required to keep a record — we'll tell you why.
If you're an employee or customer of one of our clients and your information reached us through work we do for them, please direct your request to that business. They decide what happens to their data; we act on their instructions.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, described in our Security Policy. That said, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. Email in particular is not a secure channel — keep that in mind when deciding what to send us.
8. Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
9. Links to other sites
This site may link to websites we don't operate. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy doesn't apply to them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the site changes. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
