LogicLoop LLC is an independent automation practice based in Fort Worth, Texas, founded by Stephanie Ruth Fernandez. Projects are handled directly — the person who scopes your work is the person who builds it.
That means straight answers about what automation will and won't fix. Some processes should be automated. Some should be simplified first, and some are fine as they are. You'll be told which is which before you spend anything.
Work is done remotely for clients across the country, with on-site availability throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Common questions
The first conversation is free. After that you get a written scope with a single fixed price — agreed before any work starts. We don't bill hourly, so the number you approve is the number you pay. If the scope changes later, that's quoted separately and you decide.
Most projects go live within two to four weeks of an agreed scope. Simple single-workflow builds are often quicker. The timeline depends far more on how fast we can get access and answers than on the building itself.
Almost never. We build on the systems you already pay for — that's the point. If a project genuinely needs a new paid service, we'll tell you the cost before you commit, not after. We'd rather make your current stack work than sell you another subscription.
No — most of our clients aren't. You don't need to understand how it's built, only what it does and how to turn it off. Everything is explained in plain language, and you get a walkthrough plus written documentation at handover.
Anything that doesn't work as scoped gets fixed free within 14 days of delivery. Beyond that, ongoing support is available monthly and you can cancel any time. Automations are built with logging and failure alerts, so a problem gets noticed rather than quietly dropping work.
