Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the website at logicloop.agency, to services provided by LogicLoop LLC, and to the continued use of automations we build for you. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. General prohibitions

You may not use our site, services, or deliverables to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
• Gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data, or attempt to
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
• Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or endanger any person
• Discriminate unlawfully against people on the basis of protected characteristics, including through automated scoring or filtering
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the operation or security of our site or anyone else's systems

3. Messaging and anti-spam

Automated outreach is a common request and one of the easiest ways to get a client into legal trouble. If we build anything that sends messages on your behalf, you agree that:

• You have a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and where consent is required, you have it and can evidence it.
• Commercial email will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act — accurate headers and sender identity, a non-deceptive subject line, a valid physical postal address, and a working opt-out honoured promptly.
• SMS, automated calls, and texts will comply with the TCPA and applicable state law, including prior express written consent where required, identification, and immediate honouring of STOP requests.
• You will not send unsolicited bulk messages, use purchased or scraped contact lists, or continue contacting people who have opted out.

You are the sender and you are responsible for these obligations. We build the mechanism; we can't and don't verify your consent records. We will decline to build outreach automation where the intended use is plainly unlawful.

4. Third-party platforms and scraping

• You must comply with the terms of service of every platform an automation touches, using your own properly licensed accounts.
• You may not use our work to circumvent rate limits, access controls, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, or anti-abuse measures.
• Scraping or bulk data collection must respect the source's terms, robots directives, and applicable law. We won't build scrapers that harvest personal data in violation of a platform's terms.
• You may not use automation to create fake accounts, inflate engagement metrics, or generate fraudulent reviews or ratings.

5. Monitoring and surveillance

Where an automation monitors employees — activity, communications, location, productivity — you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful in every jurisdiction where those employees work, including notice and consent requirements and wiretap and recording laws. We will not build covert surveillance tools, and we will not build systems designed to conceal monitoring from the people being monitored.

6. Regulated and sensitive data

Unless we've agreed it in writing with appropriate safeguards, you must not route protected health information (HIPAA), cardholder data (PCI-DSS), consumer financial data (GLBA), student records (FERPA), biometric identifiers, government ID numbers, or criminal justice information through systems we build. If your process involves any of these, tell us before we design anything — it changes the architecture, and sometimes it means we're not the right vendor.

7. AI-specific restrictions

Where a build includes an AI component, the restrictions in our AI Usage & Responsible AI Policy also apply — including the requirement for human review of consequential decisions about people, and the list of work we decline outright.

8. Use of this website

Don't attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of this site except as permitted under the responsible disclosure terms in our Security Policy. Don't submit false information through the contact form, use it to send unsolicited solicitations, or attempt to overwhelm it with automated submissions.

9. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may suspend or terminate services, remove or disable an automation, and terminate the Services Agreement. Where the violation is serious or ongoing we may report it to the relevant platform or authority. We'll generally try to raise the issue with you first, but we don't have to where doing so would risk harm or where the law requires otherwise. Termination for violation of this policy does not entitle you to a refund of fees for work already performed.
