Refund Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
The short version. The initial audit is free. If you cancel before work starts, your deposit comes back in full. If you cancel partway through, you pay for the work done and we refund the rest. Once work is delivered and accepted, it's not refundable — but defects get fixed at no charge.
1. What this covers
This policy applies to services purchased from LogicLoop LLC. Where a signed proposal or Services Agreement sets out different refund terms for a specific engagement, that agreement controls.
2. The initial audit is free
The introductory audit conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. There is nothing to refund, and you're under no commitment afterwards.
3. Fixed-scope projects
Projects are quoted at a fixed price against a written scope, typically with a deposit to begin and the balance due on delivery.
Before work begins
Cancel before we've started and you receive a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
After work begins
Cancel mid-project and we'll refund your deposit less the value of work already performed, calculated against the milestones or hours completed to that point. We'll send you a written breakdown, and you keep everything produced up to cancellation, with documentation for whatever was finished.
After delivery and acceptance
Once work has been delivered and accepted, fees are non-refundable. The work is built inside your own accounts and can't be taken back or unbuilt.
4. Acceptance and free rework
After delivery you have fourteen (14) days to review the work and report anything that doesn't perform as described in the agreed scope. We will correct genuine defects at no charge, as promised in our Terms of Service.
This covers work that doesn't do what we said it would. It doesn't cover new requirements, changes of direction, or additions discovered later — those are change requests, quoted separately. If we don't hear from you within fourteen days, the work is treated as accepted.
5. Ongoing support and retainers
Support arrangements are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel any time. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. The current month is not refunded, and you keep support for the remainder of the period you've paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
6. Third-party costs are not refundable by us
Automation usually runs on platforms you subscribe to — the automation tool, your CRM, API usage, hosting. Those fees are paid to those vendors under their own terms, not to us, and we cannot refund them. Where possible we build inside subscriptions you already hold, and we'll tell you before a project requires a new paid service.
7. If you're not happy
Tell us. Most problems come down to a misunderstanding about scope, and most are fixable quickly. Email contact@logicloop.agency describing what you expected and what you got. We'd rather correct the work than argue about an invoice.
8. How to request a refund
Email contact@logicloop.agency with your invoice number and the reason. We'll acknowledge within three (3) business days and, where a refund is due, issue it within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback filed without giving us a chance to resolve things costs both of us time and fees. We'll always work with you directly first.
