Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

LogicLoop LLC wants everyone to be able to read this site and get in touch with us, regardless of disability or the technology they use. Accessibility was considered while building the site, not bolted on afterwards.

2. The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a target we build toward and test against, not a certification we hold. See the honest limitations in section 4.

3. What we've done

• Keyboard access — every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a visible focus outline. A "skip to content" link is the first thing you reach.
• Screen readers — semantic HTML with proper headings, landmark regions, and labelled navigation. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology; the contact form's fields have real labels, and status messages are announced.
• Colour and contrast — body and heading text is chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast against the dark background. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed; form errors are announced in text, not signalled by colour alone.
• Motion — the site respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting. Turn it on in your operating system and all scroll animations and transitions stop. Nothing flashes, auto-plays, or moves without your input.
• Zoom and reflow — the layout is responsive and readable at 200% zoom and on small screens, without horizontal scrolling.
• Works without JavaScript — if scripts fail or are blocked, all content still renders. Nothing is hidden behind an animation that might never run.
• No time limits — nothing expires, times out, or requires you to act quickly.

4. Known limitations

We would rather be straight with you than claim more than we can support:

• The site has not been independently audited for accessibility, and holds no third-party conformance certification.
• It has not been tested with every combination of screen reader, browser, and operating system. Behaviour may vary on setups we haven't tried.
• If the contact form is connected to a third-party delivery service, any page that service displays after submission is outside our control and not covered by this statement.
• Documents or external sites we link to are not covered by this statement.

5. If something doesn't work for you

You never have to use the contact form to reach us. Email contact@logicloop.agency directly, or write to the postal address below, and you'll get the same response.

6. Reporting a barrier

If you hit an accessibility problem here, please tell us — it's the fastest way for it to get fixed. Email contact@logicloop.agency with "Accessibility" in the subject line.

It helps if you can include:

• The page or section where you hit the problem
• What you were trying to do
• Your browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you were using

We aim to acknowledge within three (3) business days and to describe how and when we'll address it. Barriers that prevent someone from contacting us are treated as urgent.

7. Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-off task. We re-check these things when the site changes, and this statement is revised as the site does. It was last reviewed on the date shown above.
